We are SO excited to announce that our new mobile app will be ready to download in Apple and Android stores and will be available for the Apple Watch on March 7th!
This app will feature the long awaited Remote Capture Mobile Deposit service and include some great new features such as finger print log in capabilities, a quick balances option, a personal finance manager, and secure messaging where you can ask questions, send address changes and travel exclusion information. You will still be able to make transfers within your account or to other members, set up bill payments, make payments, and view account history and check images. We can hardly wait to get this service in the hands of our members!
Please pay attention to the following information!
On this day, all current APPLE and ANDROID mobile banking users please complete the update on your current mobile app to upload our newest version. This will then automatically discard your old app and replace it with our new one.
Remote Capture Deposit users: This service will be set to our default profile limiting check deposits to $500 per item. If you meet our qualifications, we can increase your per limit item. Please be informed that all checks submitted through our app remotely MUST BE ENDORSED AND INCLUDE THE PHRASE, “For Mobile Deposit Only.”
We also want to explain our decision to release the app one week past our original announcement of the end of February to March 7th. During our testing production stage, we have taken extra measures to help ensure that our app runs smoothly upon its arrival to our members. As a result, our live date was pushed one week. We apologize for any inconvenience.
