We are proud to announce the launch of our new logo as part of the ongoing evolution of our credit union’s brand and the services we provide to our members.
Our business has grown and evolved over the last 46 years and with the success we’ve achieved, we felt it was time for a change. As we continue to strive to create an excellent member experience through the personal touch of our friendly staff and member services, we are also striving to make sure we offer you the best products to give you the easiest banking experience. With the constant evolution of technology, it is our goal to stay secure, compliant, and relevant as we offer services that will give you a better experience outside of our four walls. As we look to expand our membership in the near future, it was the perfect time to evaluate our brand and ensure it was in sync with who we are and where we are going. With this, we chose to move in a direction with our logo that represents our origin, but with a more modern look that captures our dynamic future.
Over the next few weeks and months, you can expect the following enhancements to your online member experience:
– Our online banking has been updated and is now mobile compatible!
– Our new website has launched! It now displays our new look which focuses more on spotlighting our products, services, and necessary information members need quick access to. You will now be able to see what’s going on at our credit union using our news and promotions section available right under the main section and under the “More Info” tab on the home page. Here you can view promotions, updates about what is happening at the credit union, event information, personal finance advice and other great tips. Coming in 2017, we will have online account opening and loan application capabilities as well.
– Launching at the end of February, we are SO excited to announce our NEW MOBILE BANKING app which will include Remote Capture Deposit! This new app will be available in the Android and Apple stores and will be available to Apple Watch as well. Some great new features that will also be included are finger print log in capabilities, a quick balances option, a personal finance manager, and secure messaging where you can ask questions, send address changes and travel exclusion information. You will still be able to make transfers, set up bill payments, make payments, and view account history and check images.
