Members of DCTFCU,
We pride ourselves in keeping our members first and strive to consistently make decisions within our institution with your best interest as the top priority. As a result, your health is no exception. We have continued to keep a close eye on the unfolding events surrounding the coronavirus – COVID 19 and have been staying informed on the best practices to navigate this difficult time in our country. As a result, we have come to the conclusion that for the safety and utmost priority on member health, we will be canceling our Annual Meeting occurring Tuesday, March 24th. Due to the unknown nature of how long the events may continue to unfold, unfortunately, we will not be rescheduling this event this year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but want to take all precautions in helping to keep this virus contained at this time.
We will, however, continue on with the business aspect of our Annual Meeting through electronic means on that same Tuesday, March 24th. This will include exercising your rights as a credit union member to vote board members back to continue serving on our board as well as the ability to view our 2019 Annual Report. We will update you with details on this closer to time. If you already purchased your ticket for this event, we plan to honor your purchase and will reimburse in full. Any tickets purchased through the credit union directly have already been refunded and the money was placed back into your account. If you have purchased tickets through the school via your school building rep, please be ready to hand those tickets back to them in exchange for a full refund.
We hate to cancel an event that we all so look forward to every year, but we are happy to oblige in continuing the efforts to keep our community, our state and, ultimately, our country safe.

Mark your calendars for the 49th Annual Meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 in the Daviess County High School Cafeteria at 6:00p.m.
We will be giving away $1000 in CASH PRIZES and a free cooler to every member that attends as well! Come enjoy a delicious meal catered by Old Hickory and meet with the Board and staff of DCTFCU! You will also have the opportunity to vote for your Board of Directors so take advantage of your Credit Union membership!
Tickets are available for purchase February 17th through March 23th at the credit union!

Children (10 and under): $3.00
