DCTFCU collects nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

- Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency; and
- Information obtained when verifying the information you provide on an application or other forms. For example: this may be information from your current or past employers, or from other financial institutions where you conduct financial transactions.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information of our current or previous members except as permitted or required by law.
How is that information protected?
Access to your personally identifiable financial information is limited to employees and volunteers in order to provide member services and products and to fulfill their fiduciary responsibility. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
